Reed Legal are excited to be recruiting on the behalf of a successful, well-established Law Firm based in Essex that is seeking a hard-working Conveyancer to join their growing business. Role Advise clients on all aspects of the buying or selling process, including legal issues, finances, and contracts. Investigate property details, such as ownership and any legal restrictions. Draft and review contracts, leases, transfer documents, and mortgage deeds. Conduct checks to identify any structural issues or legal concerns with the property. Liaise with estate agents, solicitors, lenders, and local authorities to gather necessary information and ensure timely transactions. Maintain accurate records of payments, contracts, and other relevant documents. Ensure all transactions comply with current property laws and regulations. Experience Must be a Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Conveyancing Technician or Chartered Legal Executive Minimum of 3 years Residential Conveyancing experience Can-do attitude & eager to grow with a successful business Benefits Hybrid working (2 days at home) Annual leave allowance starts at 22 days which increase to 27 days after 3 years of service Christmas shutdown (extra 3 days annual leave!)
