Our client is seeking a dynamic Content Manager to lead the creation and execution of content that drives their marketing strategy and supports business objectives. This role involves close collaboration with performance marketing, content, and social teams. Key Responsibilities: Content Production : Manage content creation across performance marketing, social media, and video. Ensure all content aligns with marketing campaigns and business growth. Content Calendar : Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring adherence across the business. Campaign Analysis : Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing feedback and recommendations to the Marketing Manager. Monthly Reports : Assist in preparing accurate and timely monthly reports. Team Collaboration : Contribute innovative ideas and strategies to the wider team. Industry Trends : Stay updated on industry trends to keep content relevant and innovative. Content Optimization : Identify gaps and opportunities, rework and reuse existing content. Photoshoots : Attend photoshoots in the UK and abroad. Requirements: Experience : Mid-level experience in a marketing role with management responsibilities. Strong background in content creation, marketing, and strategy. Mindset : Growth-oriented with a desire to execute at pace. Self-starter who enjoys taking ownership of projects with minimal oversight. UX Design : Understanding of UX design principles and their impact on content strategy. Social Media : Familiarity with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, X, TikTok, YouTube). Analytical Skills : Quick learner and problem solver with a strong analytical mindset, passionate about using data to improve content.
