We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join the Bursary Team of this independent school in Berkshire, for a newly created position as Compliance and Procurement Manager. In this pivotal role, you will lead the school s internal audit function to ensure full compliance with regulatory and inspection requirements. You will act as a trusted advisor to the Senior Leadership Team on all matters of regulatory compliance, serve as the School s Data Protection Lead, and oversee the procurement function across the school. As a member of the Operational Leadership Team, you will report directly to the Bursar and manage a cumulative budget of approximately £2 million. We are looking for an experienced and proactive professional who brings: A strong background in legal compliance, risk management, and contract negotiation Proven experience managing significant budgets The ability to interpret legislation and regulatory guidance and communicate its implications clearly to non-specialists Excellent project management skills, with a forward-thinking approach, solution focused and is calm under pressure. Degree educated or equivalent Flexible and hybrid working available. Hours of work 8.30am -4.30pm. Closing date for applications Wednesday 23rd April .
