Commercial Property Legal Secretary
York

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a highly regarded law firm in York a experienced legal secretary to join the Commercial Property team on a full time permanent basis.

Supporting the commercial property team, you will be responsible for:-

Audio/Copy typing
Filing
General administration
PA duties i.e diary management, arranging meetings
Assist with organising internal/external events
Fielding calls/emails
Completing SDLT and land registry forms

To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced legal secretary and ideally have worked in a commercial property team. You will be a proficient user of Microsoft Office and have excellent written/verbal communication skills.

Salary is depending on experience however it is above market rate for the York area.
