WorkwithYorkshire are working with a local client, who have a fantastic opportunity for a Personal Assistant/Secretary to join their team based in Malton. This is a fulltime permanent role based in the office, working Monday Friday 9am 5pm. Competitive salary on offer dependent on experience. Duties: Full secretarial support to fee earner as required including preparing correspondence and documents through digital dictation and word processing. Administer filing which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client s files. Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch. Land Registry searches and submitting applications online Attend clients both in person (when required) and on the telephone and to provide such support in a professional and friendly manner Key skills and experience; At least 2 years secretarial or PA experience Experience of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel Excellent communication skills Ability to organise and prioritise workloads Ability to work under pressure Please apply by uploading your CV to candidates@workwithyorkshire.co.uk.
