Commercial Manager Location: Cheshire area Job Type: Permanent Commercial Manager Salary: £70,000-90,000 + Bonus + £9k car allowance About the Commercial Manager Role: We are seeking a Commercial Manager to join my client, an ICP within Utilities. In this role, you will will oversee the commercial strategy and operations within the company, focusing on managing Quantity Surveying (QS) and Estimating teams. The role involves the review and administration of contracts, specifically under Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) and New Engineering Contract (NEC) frameworks. If you have a passion for construction and thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, we d love to hear from you. We are also open to speaking with strong Senior Quantity Surveyors who are looking to make the next step in their career.
