Job Purpose Manage a portfolio of tax clients, primarily personal with some corporate tax work Preparation and reviewing of tax computations Oversee billing and WIP management Review work completed by junior team members, providing constructive feedback Lead liaison with HMRC, handling queries effectively on behalf of clients Build trusted client relationships, acting as their go-to advisor for information and support Work closely across departments to ensure a comprehensive service delivery Monitor the commercial aspects of portfolio management, ensuring deadlines and fee recovery targets are met Keep up-to-date with tax knowledge, championing knowledge sharing across the team Delegate work to junior staff, overseeing workflow to monitor team performance and identify training opportunities About The Employer This Tax Manager job in Chester is an incredible opportunity for a career-driven candidate to help steer the continued success of an award-winning, multi-office practice.
