Express Recruitment are proud to be representing an Industrial and Commercial Engineering Service Provider based in Derby who are looking to hire a Gas Engineer to work across Industrial and Commercial buildings and estates on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will travel to client sites across the Midlands to undertake and complete planned and reactive maintenance work. They will also install a range of Natural Gas, LPG, and Oil-Fired appliances. For the position, they are offering a competitive salary of up to c£45,000 per annum D.O.E alongside a generous benefits package including a company vehicle, company pension scheme, a profit share scheme, an employee assistance programme, early Friday finishes, free parking, and more! Roles and Responsibilities Work across a range of industrial and commercial buildings and estates Travel across the Midlands area Undertake planned maintenance work Complete reactive maintenance work Install natural gas, LPG, and oil-fired appliances including warm air heaters, radiant tube heaters, radiant plaque heaters, and boilers Skills and Experience Previous experience in a Gas Engineer role is essential Gas Qualifications including COCN1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1A, PASMA, and IPAF Good IT skills including use of Microsoft Office suite Confident liaising with internal and external stakeholders Must be comfortable travelling across the Midlands area to carry out field-based work Full, clean UK driving licence About Express Recruitment Express Recruitment has been offering exceptional recruitment solutions across the East Midlands since 1987, exceeding expectations every time of over 267,000 candidates.
