Commercial Gas Engineer
£50,000 per year plus overtime.
Mobile role covering Nottingham, Derby and the Surrounding area
40 hour week Monday to Friday

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team, working on a prestigious contract across multiple sites. This is a mobile role with a focus on installations, as well as service, maintenance, and repairs of commercial gas systems. The position offers long-term stability, career progression opportunities, and the chance to work on a highly secure and well-maintained contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation of commercial gas systems, including boilers, pipework, and heating appliances.
Service, maintenance, and fault-finding of commercial heating systems and associated plant.
Reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a variety of commercial sites.
Ensuring compliance with gas safety regulations and company health & safety policies.
Diagnosing and repairing faults efficiently, minimising downtime.
Completing job sheets, reports, and maintaining accurate records.
Liaising with site staff and clients in a professional manner.
Requirements:
Commercial Gas Qualifications (CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1, TPCP1A) (essential).
Domestic gas qualifications (desirable but not essential).
Proven experience in commercial gas installation, servicing, and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of heating systems, controls, and commercial plant rooms.
Full UK driving licence (essential).
Ability to pass enhanced security vetting due to the nature of the contract.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
