The Role As a Commercial Account Handler, you’ll be responsible for servicing a varied book of sme to corporate clients, delivering high-quality advice and tailored insurance solutions. You’ll handle renewals, mid-term adjustments and client queries while working alongside Account Executives to provide seamless support and build long-lasting relationships. This position would suit someone who is proactive, personable, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service. It’s ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys the technical side of broking while also valuing being part of a close-knit team. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in account management within the insurance industry. Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with clients. Comfortable managing renewals, amendments, and day-to-day servicing needs. A collaborative, can-do attitude. Ambition to develop as a professional and build strong expertise.
