Responsibilities of this role: Practice restoratively with child and families and promote family led decisions to manage risk and meet support needs. Must demonstrate excellent relational work with children and families and be able to engage children through direct work and child centred practice. Will be expected to share their experience and support colleagues within the team with co-worked cases. Requirements of this role: Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
