This nursery is known for providing a safe, engaging, and enriching environment where children aged 0-5 years can learn and grow through structured play and guided learning activities. The setting is committed to delivering high-quality childcare with a focus on each child's individual development, ensuring they feel supported and valued.\n\nAs a Childcare Practitioner, you will play a key role in implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, providing a stimulating environment that supports children's social, emotional, and educational growth. Whether you're seeking a short-term assignment or a long-term role, there are flexible opportunities available with many positions offering a potential path to permanent employment.\n\nRequirements\n\nMinimum six months' experience in a nursery or early years setting (enthusiastic newcomers are encouraged to apply).\nStrong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.\nAbility to provide a 10-year checkable work and education history.\nRight to work in the UK.\nWillingness to complete two years of referencing and undergo an Enhanced DBS check.Responsibilities\n\nProvide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years.\nImplement the EYFS framework and deliver structured, age-appropriate learning activities.\nEncourage the development of communication, social, and cognitive skills through creative play and structured activities.\nBuild positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering a supportive community.\nEnsure the health, safety, and well-being of all children at all times.\nWork closely with the team to continuously improve the setting and enhance learning experiences.This setting values its staff and offers professional development opportunities to help you grow in your career.
