Job Title: Casework Administrator\nLocation: Leeds\nSalary: £26,014 per annum\nJob Type: Fixed Term Contract: 6 Months, Full time.\nClosing date: 21st April 2025.\nInterviews Date: to take place the week commending 28th April.\nLeeds Federated is a housing association with around 4,500 properties across Leeds, Wakefield, and North Yorkshire.\nOur mission is to enable the maximum number of people to access and live sustainably in good-value, affordable housing.\nThe Vacancy:\nLeeds Federated is seeking a proactive and organised Casework Administrator to support our Resolutions Team over a 6-month fixed term. This is a great opportunity to support vital casework that makes a real difference to individuals and communities across our services.\nYou'll play a key supporting role, keeping our complex casework on track, liaising with partners, and ensuring we meet key deadlines and objectives.\nWhat you'll do:\n Support the resolutions team in delivering positive outcomes for high-priority cases\n Coordinating and attending case work meetings\n Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring timely follow-up on actions\n Conducting research and preparing briefing notes\n Logging and updating all casework on internal systems\n Supporting with document preparation, correspondence, and reporting\n Acting as a point of contact for internal teams and stakeholders\n Monitoring case-related costs and referrals to support agencies\n Identify good practice and highlight areas for improvement\nWhat we're looking for:\n Strong organisational and administrative skills\n Experience of working in a customer focused role\n Excellent written and verbal communication\n Confidence working across teams and with external partners\n Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks\n A proactive, supportive approach with a passion for delivering results\nWe reserve the right to close this vacancy if it is deemed that we have received a suitable number of applications.
