Events & Hospitality Business Development Manager who ideally has experience selling into the corporate hospitality industry with a network of contacts in the corporate and tourism industries is required to drive pre-booked sales for one of Londons most exciting entertainment venues. Wed be extremely interested in candidates who have experience in competitive socialising within the leisure and hospitality industry. Although, this isnt essential. DUTIES Your duties as the Events & Hospitality Business Development Manager include: New Business Development: Identify, engage, and close deals with corporate clients, third-party agents, schools, hotels, and key travel trade partners Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships across Londons corporate and local business communities Sales Strategy: Target high-value bookings, including exclusive hires, full venue takeovers, and unique group events Venue Showcasing: Host site visits, FAM trips, and industry events to drive visibility and conversion Account Management: Maximise repeat business and revenue from key accounts Industry Engagement: Attend networking events and maintain a visible presence within the hospitality and entertainment sectors Bespoke Proposals: Develop tailored proposals and negotiate commercial terms Market Awareness: Stay ahead of trends and competitor activity, and contribute insights to the sales team CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Previous proactive sales experience in hospitality (bonus if from competitive socialising or experiential events) A network of relevant contacts in corporate and tourism industries Strong self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously and hit targets Excellent relationship-building skills, particularly with decision-makers Confident, engaging communicatorcomfortable presenting and hosting Energetic, results-driven personality with a passion for hitting and exceeding sales goals Versatility to adapt between corporate and consumer audiences (including schools and families) HOW TO APPLY To be considered for this job vacancy, please submit your CV to our Recruitment Team who will review your details.
