Junior Business Development Manager - B2B Events Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days in-office) Salary: £31,000-£33,000 + Commission Type: Full-time, Permanent Join a Leading International B2B Events Company as a Junior Business Development Manager! This high-profile, internationally renowned B2B events business is growing its London-based business development team. They are now hiring a Junior Business Development Manager to drive sales of exhibition stand space and sponsorship opportunities for one of their most exciting large-scale UK B2B conferences and exhibitions. What You ll Be Doing: Work as part of an event project team that includes colleagues from marketing, conference production, event management and sales to support event delivery. Selling exhibition space and sponsorship packages to new and existing clients across a portfolio of international B2B events. Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and maintaining relationships Building strong relationships with decision-makers from high-profile blue-chip companies Achieving and exceeding your personal sales targets Attending events to engage with clients and prospects face-to-face. What We re Looking For: Graduate with a 2:1 / 1st degree 6+ months of experience in B2B sales (ideally in events, media, or exhibitions) A confident and professional communicator with strong negotiation and closing skills Proactive, self-motivated, and happy to pick up the phone Strong organisation skills, able to prioritise your work and excellent project management skills A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and strong commercial instincts Why Join?
