We are currently on the lookout for a talented Audit Senior to join their established Audit & Assurance team.\n\nAs an Audit Senior with our client, you will be a key player in advancing their audit services. We seek an experienced audit professional with a proven history at the senior level who shares our client s commitment to delivering top-tier audit services. In this role, you will significantly influence the future direction of our client's service line and the overall firm.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nYour responsibilities will include expertly managing a diverse client portfolio, which involves:\n\nAssignment Management: Plan and manage assignments, ensuring all arrangements with clients, including cost estimations and billing, are thoroughly confirmed.\n\nAudit Quality: Maintain the highest standards of audit quality, actively participating in both internal and external quality assurance processes.\n\nStaff Briefing: Provide detailed briefings to staff about client specifics and assignment directives, offering support and guidance as necessary.\n\nBudget Compliance: Ensure assignments are completed within budget, promptly addressing significant issues with the assignment partner and client.\n\nClient Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships, exemplifying excellent client service in all interactions.\n\nCross -Departmental Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments to meet diverse client needs, utilizing the firm s specialist services when appropriate.\n\nIndustry Developments: Stay updated on technical advancements and industry developments through continuous professional development.\n\nMentoring: Mentor and guide junior staff and students within the team.\n\nRequirements\n\nThe ideal candidate will possess the following personal and professional attributes:\n\nQualifications: ACA or ACCA qualification is essential.\n\nManagerial Experience: Demonstrated experience at the senior level in a similar capacity.\n\nClient Management: Proven ability to manage client portfolios and foster lasting client relationships.\n\nAudit Expertise: Extensive experience in delivering high-quality audits.\n\nBusiness Development: A strong inclination towards business development activities is highly regarded.\n\nBenefits\n\nSalary circa £42,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualification status.\n\n25 days holiday + bank holidays.\n\nHybrid and flexible working policy.\n\nFriendly and supportive work environment, with plenty of opportunities to continue your development and progression.\n\nPlease contact Joe Potter on (phone number removed) (tel), (phone number removed) (mob),, or via
