Job Purpose Play a key role in leading the audit team and delivering exceptional service to clients Manage and oversee audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor Lead, mentor, and develop a team of auditors, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work Identify and address audit issues proactively, offering solutions that add value to clients Contribute to the development and implementation of audit strategies, helping to drive the growth and success of the firm Manage budgets and ensure audit projects are completed on time and within scope About the Employer As a prominent accountancy firm in the region, this experienced team is committed to providing its clients with top-tier audit and advisory services.
