Our client is seeking a talented auditor working at manager level or above who is ready for a new challenge and is motivated and energised to get stuck in to a sizeable portfolio, become an integral and respected part of the audit team and start to streamline and refresh processes to ensure that the provision of audit services, from planning to completion is flawless. You ll need to be ACA or ACCA qualified or equivalent. You ll be confident and dynamic. RI status or an ease of obtaining it will of course be a distinct advantage but this firm is really looking for the right personality and the right experience in UK Practice (of which you ll have plenty.) JobPurpose Support the Audit Partner to oversee the provision of audit services to a high fee income portfolio of clients in the corporate sector. Support the firm s expansion by securing new business, recruiting, and training new staff and being involved with all strategic projects to grow the firm. Drive strategic target setting, as well as forecasting and reporting on department budgeting.? Oversee the delivery of the audit function, ensuring expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met. Professionally represent the firm during networking opportunities, confidently scoping new business opportunities. Identify services that will add value to your portfolio of clients.? Champion the firm s values within the team, motivating those around you. Provide professional and personable client-facing communication skills.? Set an example for the team as a natural leader.? Previous leadership experience at a prominent level, with a positive attitude. Strategically minded in reviewing processes and improving systems to boost efficiency.?
