Job purpose Lead a team of experienced accountants, managing the delivery of audit and accounts. Oversee a significant, diverse, and loyal client portfolio, striving for service excellence. Build trusted client relationships, with a proactive approach to problem solving. Work closely with Partners to ensure client expectations and deadlines are being met. Support the team with the completion of audit and accounts projects. Review the work of junior team members, providing constructive mentorship. Provide training opportunities for the team, nurturing talent and driving development. Scope new business opportunities by representing the firm at networking events. Identify new service lines for clients, overseeing accounts with a commercial mindset. Set an example to the team as an integral senior team member.
