An Inverness based construction group require an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This organisation boasts a significant portfolio of successfully delivered high-value projects across the North of Scotland within a variety of sectors.. Due to recent contract wins, there is a need to grow the team, resulting in a new Assistant QS vacancy. Key responsibilities include: Analyse and evaluate expenditure reports generated by internal cost systems Participate in the procurement process for Subcontract partners Oversee subcontract work packages, including interim assessments of due amounts and change management Support the creation and issuance of commercial notices to both Clients and Subcontractors Assistance in managing changes as per the contract, Provide the Commercial team with necessary information for producing monthly payment applications to the Client.
