The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor , you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team , gaining exposure to a wide variety of projects , including cladding remediation, retrofit, estate regeneration, rooftop developments, and traditional building works , with values reaching up to £50m . You ll be responsible for key pre- and post-contract duties , including cost planning, valuations, cost control, and reporting , playing a hands-on role in delivering high-profile schemes. This consultancy fosters a collaborative and innovative environment , with a team of 25 professionals ranging from junior to chartered senior surveyors. With a flat structure that encourages fresh ideas and career progression, there is a clear pathway to senior roles , including Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Director positions .
