The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor , you'll be working closely with a QS Director , gaining hands-on experience across a broad range of sectors. You'll be involved in the pre-contract & post-contract phase, assisting with drafting prelims, preparing tenders, and reviewing contract documents - all while building the skills needed to progress within the business. Operating out of five strategic offices nationwide, the incoming Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be exposed to a variety of schemes across the Hotel, Leisure, Residential, Heritage, Industrial, Education, Commercial, and Retail sectors from £1m - £120m. APC Support & Career Development This consultancy is fully committed to helping Assistant Quantity Surveyors achieve MRICS accreditation , offering a structured APC programme that includes: Mentorship from senior MRICS surveyors within a team of 30 in London Dedicated study groups and mock interviews to prepare you for final assessments Funded professional memberships and external training courses Exposure to a variety of projects across different sectors for well-rounded experience With a clear progression path to Quantity Surveyor and beyond , you'll be supported at every stage of your career.
