Are you a passionate and experienced Account Director looking to make a significant impact on high-value, strategically important accounts? We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Director to lead and grow two key accounts within our expanding medical communications team. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of these partnerships and contribute to our continued success. We'll provide at least three months' notice of any adjustments to our in-office days, ensuring a smooth transition and ample time to adapt. What You ll Do This is a multi account role, offering a diverse and challenging workload. You will be responsible for: Strategic Leadership: Providing strategic direction and insights to our clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and maximising the impact of our medical communications programs. Client Relationship Management: Serving as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong, trusted relationships and proactively identifying opportunities for growth. Team Leadership: Overseeing and directing internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Business Development: Identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand our services and deepen our relationships with existing clients, contributing to the overall growth of the agency. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic account plans that align with client objectives and drive business growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders. Lead and motivate internal teams to deliver exceptional results. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts. Manage budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Provide strategic input and guidance on medical communications programs. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. What You ll Need Proven experience at a senior client service level within a medical communications / meded agency. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in managing and leading teams, you lead from the front A proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships. A proactive and results-oriented approach.
