Job Description We have a great opportunity for an experienced Workday AMS Lead to join the HR and Payroll Transformation Programme and then support the set-up of the inhouse AMS support team.The role can be mostly remote with a requirement to visit Milton Keynes at least once a week and more as the Programme determines until the implementation is complete. Your responsibilities will include: Your expertise will enable you to guide us on how to test and implement complex requirements and enhancements, while also identifying dependencies and cross-stream implications. You will be responsible for Proactively gathering complex requirements, understanding HR use cases, and developing solutions to complex Workday-related issues. Lead the AMS team in providing ongoing support and enhancements for the Workday HCM applications. Provide ongoing support for Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, Time Tracking, Compensation and Absence modules. Analyze, define, and document business requirements for Workday AMS solutions. Manage case queues, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely resolution, while also analyzing trends and identifying gaps/solutions Act as a functional consultant, advising on Workday best practices and configurations. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and develop innovative solutions. Conduct system audits, ensure data integrity and compliance with standards Experience & skills required to be successful as a Workday AMS Lead: 3+ years of experience in Workday AMS or related roles Workday certification preferred. Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, Time Tracking, Compensation and Absence modules. Experience in Workday reporting, dashboards, and analytics. Experience in editing and loading EIB Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong understanding of Workday functionality, configuration, and testing. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. We are looking for someone who has: Experience with Workday integrations and reporting. Prior experience in consulting or AMS leadership roles Experience with Workday integrations and reporting. Detailed knowledge of HR, Payroll and Finance business processes.
