About the Role: As a Warehouse Operative, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that stock is accurately picked and prepared for delivery to our valued customers. You'll play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of efficiency and quality! Main Duties Include: Accurately picking stock. Checking in goods inwards in accordance with company guidelines. Loading and unloading goods from storage racking while adhering to safety protocols and documentation. Safely operating Mechanical Handling Equipment as part of your daily duties. Conducting accurate stock checks as necessary. Completing all paperwork meticulously and returning it to the appropriate personnel. Ensuring all returned stocks are processed following given instructions. Maintaining hygiene and carrying out maintenance tasks as directed by your supervisor. Adhering to Health & Safety regulations and contributing to a safe working environment. Additional Duties: Support your team by providing training to new members when needed. Follow all company rules and quality procedures to maintain the highest standards. What We're Looking For: Essential Requirements: Experience with Reach, Counterbalance, and LLOP (Counterbalance not essential). Flexibility to adapt to varying work patterns. Prior order picking experience in a warehouse setting. Familiarity with using Order Picking and Powered Pallet Truck MHE. A proven track record of reliability in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.
