We’re currently hiring pickers, packers, and warehouse operatives to join our growing team in Preston. This is your chance to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with one of the UK’s leading supermarket brands.
💼 Job Description:
As a picker, packer, or warehouse operative, you’ll be working within a food production warehouse, supporting the dispatch and preparation of stock. Your duties will include:
Picking and packing food products for delivery
Carrying out general warehouse operative tasks such as stock rotation and loading
Using hand scanners to manage inventory and product movement
Working in a chilled warehouse environment (PPE provided)
Lifting products up to 25kg
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene to food safety standards
📅 Shift Details:
4 to 5 shifts per week
Between Monday and Saturday
Must be available between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Evening shifts are also available
💷 Pay & Benefits:
£12.30 per hour
28 days holiday per year
Regular breaks during shifts
Subsidised hot food and free tea/coffee in canteen
Full training provided for all new pickers, packers, and warehouse operatives
Pension scheme available (subject to eligibility)
