Vehicle Technician \nWearside\nHours -Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5.00 1 in 3 Saturday as part of working week. 8-12.30\nBasic - up to £40k OTE\nRef: 27709\n\nWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our client s main dealership on Wearside. The successful Vehicle Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles makes and models. This position requires a strong understanding of automotive systems and the ability to use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex problems. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.\n\nVehicle Technician Responsibilities:\n\nDiagnose and repair vehicle problems, including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical issues\nPerform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections\nUse diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues\nKeep accurate records of all work performed and parts used\nCommunicate with customers about vehicle issues and repair recommendations\nMaintain a clean and organized work area\nKeep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques\nVehicle Technician Requirements:\n\nYou will need to have some experience as a vehicle technician and/or a relevant and up to date qualification.\nIt would be a huge bonus if you had an MOT qualification as well.\nYou will be a person who takes great pride in your work.\nYou will have incredible attention to detail and an eye for spotting things others cannot.\nYou will need a full valid UK driving licence and\nA stocked toolbox that you can use for work.\nWe offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for growth and advancement.
