Perform a wide range of mechanical repairs, servicing, diagnostics, and MOT preparations (MOT tester status is a bonus).
Provide expert advice on repair options, ensuring excellent customer service.
Assist in developing and refining workshop processes to strengthen business operations.
Work proactively to enhance the reputation of the garage and build strong customer relationships.
Operate diagnostic equipment, tools, and garage software efficiently. Qualifications & Requirements
A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a qualified mechanic.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
A proactive mindset—ready to be part of an independent garage striving for growth.
Relevant qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
