Job Title: Used Car Sales Manager Location: Aberdeen Salary: Basic salary £44k + Bonus OTE £60k + company car Full Time and Permanent Our client is an independent car dealer group which operates a network of dealerships around the UK. They are looking for a Used Car Sales Manager to join them at their Aberdeen dealership. Job Purpose: To drive the standard in customer care. To be responsible for the overall performance of the Used Car Sales department, driving revenue growth and delivering the best in customer service. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Meet and exceed sales targets on Used Car sales. Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and communicate this appropriately with customers, maximising opportunities for value-added sales. Grow and develop a Sales team and help the sales tea maximise profitability on all used vehicles Provide a customer-focussed approach to help as many as people enjoy the company motoring experience as much as possible Anticipate and identify customer needs, and meet and exceed them by relationship building, taking responsibility for resolving customer issues and delivering an exceptional customer experience Work with customer to the highest ethical and professional standards to build long-term profitable relationships Desired Skills and Experience: Proven track record in high value sales environments and a history of meeting your own sales targets, ideally withing a Used Car environment Experience of managing a sales team to meet and exceed objectives Understanding the needs of both customers and the company Takes ownership in all aspects of their role Full and Valid UK driving licence In addition to receiving a competitive salary, for the right candidate this position will offer: Uncapped Bonus scheme Company Car 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) in addition to an annual leave purchase & sale scheme Industry leading package Pension Scheme & Life Assurance company vehicle purchase scheme Discount on Service, Bodyshop and Parts 1 day each year to volunteer for a charity of your choice Cycle to work purchase scheme Access to Perks at Work discount website
