Systems Analyst Are you a finance systems expert ready to make an impact in a dynamic and evolving environment? We are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to take the lead in supporting and enhancing a Unit4 ERP system as part of a wider digital transformation and migration to the cloud. About the Role This is a key position where you ll be responsible for the day-to-day management, configuration, and development of Unit4 ERP. You'll collaborate with a range of stakeholders to ensure the finance systems operate efficiently, support business processes, and are aligned with organisational goals. What You ll Be Doing System Management : Own the Unit4 ERP system, identifying and delivering improvements in line with user and organisational needs. Technical Oversight : Lead on the maintenance, configuration, and development of Unit4 ERP to ensure accuracy, compliance, and performance. Cross-Team Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth integration with related systems such as HR and payroll. Project Leadership : Deliver full lifecycle systems projects from requirements gathering and design to implementation and ongoing support. Access & Security : Administer user access controls and maintain high standards of data integrity and system security. Training & Support : Deliver training and provide ongoing support to end-users, ensuring effective system adoption and use. What We re Looking For We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following: Essential Extensive experience in maintaining Unit4 ERP Strong knowledge and understanding of finance processes and how they influence system configuration, development, support, and training A proven track record as a functional and/or technical lead on large-scale finance systems projects, covering the full lifecycle In-depth expertise with Unit4 ERP, specifically Milestone 7 Desirable Experience working with Unit4 ERP in complex organisational environments (e.g. public sector, education, or similar) Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL including the development of packages, stored procedures, and functions Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript Exposure to cloud migration projects, particularly involving enterprise systems About Us SystemsAccountants Ltd are the only UK-based agency that are recognised by Unit4, Netsuite and Oracle as Alliance Partners and are repeatedly trusted as an essential addition to the implementation, support and development ecosystem.
