Unit Manager – Nursing Home
Location: Norfolk, UK
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
NMC Pin required
Are you a dedicated and experienced Nurse looking for a new opportunity to manage a team in a compassionate and rewarding environment? We are looking for an exceptional Unit Manager to join a well-established nursing home in Norfolk, where your expertise will have a direct impact on the care and wellbeing of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the nursing team within your designated unit.
Oversee the development and implementation of care plans.
Ensure high standards of care are delivered, meeting regulatory requirements.
Supervise and support the team to ensure clinical and professional development.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders.
Monitor and review patient care and report any issues or concerns.
Manage staffing levels, ensuring the right mix of skills and competencies.
Maintain a safe, supportive, and caring environment for both staff and residents. Skills & Qualifications:
Registered Nurse with active NMC pin.
Proven experience in a managerial or senior clinical role within a care home or similar environment.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a team effectively, with a hands-on approach.
A passion for elderly care and improving quality of life.
