Your Role In your first year, you will: Source and interview candidates for temporary and permanent roles. Craft professional CV profiles for client marketing. Increase candidate placements by working closely with our sales teams. Meet weekly targets and KPIs set in conjunction with your manager. Earn commission at every stage of your progress.
