We provide teachers, teaching assistants and school support staff to over a thousand Primary and Secondary schools every day, for both short and long term assignments. \n\nAbout you:\n\nSales background either B2B or B2C\nExcellent customer service skills\nCareer focussed and money motivated\nDriven to succeed \n\nThe role:\n\nFull recruitment training from a leading provider\nBusiness development and client generation\nPlacing teachers and teaching assistants into short and long term roles\nMeeting schools, advertising positions, interviewing candidates\nExcellent career progression opportunities, often within the first 12 months\nFinancial incentives including commission\nBased in large, friendly office\nYou will have the opportunity to earn significantly above your basic salary with on-target commission and bonuses. \n\nOur office in Southampton has a strong reputation for providing high quality education recruitment services in the local area.
