What You ll Be Doing: Supporting the daily operations of the practice, ensuring everything runs smoothly Assisting with appointment scheduling, patient records, and reception duties Handling financial tasks such as invoicing, payments, and insurance claims Ensuring compliance with health & safety and industry regulations Supporting staff management, including scheduling and team coordination Delivering outstanding patient service and ensuring a welcoming environment What We re Looking For: Strong organisational and multitasking skills A proactive, can-do attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities Experience in administration, customer service, or healthcare (preferred but not essential) Strong communication and leadership potential Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment What We Offer: Competitive salary of £38,000 - £42,000 Full training and mentorship to develop your management skills Clear career progression within a supportive and professional team A friendly, welcoming practice environment where you can grow and thrive This is the perfect role for someone looking to build a long-term career in dental practice management.
