Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventative care. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Provide emotional support to patients and their families during difficult times. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills. Skills Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology. Excellent patient care skills with a focus on empathy and compassion. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients, families, and colleagues. Attention to detail in monitoring patient conditions and documenting care provided. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
