The Role of the Territory Sales Manager Selling a range of Medical products which includes VTE prophylaxis, safety needles & accessories, enteral feeding, warranty & after sales, vascular access, infection prevention & control, dialysis, thermometry, electrocardiography & medical consumables Selling mostly into paediatrics & adult intensive care Provide procedural and product expertise to targeted customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) through field travel, meeting attendance, educational seminars, and/or case observations. Attain required objectives designed to increase fiscal revenue, market share and profitability. To actively gather market intelligence on their own and competitor portfolio/activities. Develop procedural knowledge and expertise. Act as the company representative in the critical care field for internal and external customers. The Ideal Person for the Territory Sales Manager Proven track record of medical sales Will consider candidates from a clinical background looking to transition into a sales/commercial role Professional skills- Sales and Territory Analysis, Budget Management, Presentation skills. Highly developed interpersonal, networking and influencing skills. Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with others. Proven experience in managing pressure, deadlines and setbacks efficiently while maintaining commitment despite opposition. Excellent written, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Excellent organisational skills. Strong personal drive. Full clean Driver's licence.
