Role Overview Provide excellent customer service over the phone, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Direct calls to the appropriate department or individual based on the nature of the inquiry. Assist customers with general inquiries, providing information about dealership services, hours of operation, and directions, as needed. Take messages accurately and relay them to the appropriate person in a timely manner. Listen attentively to customer needs and ensure prompt resolution of any issues. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records related to incoming calls and appointments. Handle dealership correspondence, including email and postal mail, in a timely and organised manner. Collaborate with other colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination of customer inquiries and appointments. Assist colleagues with overflow tasks during busy periods as needed. Comply with all health and safety policies/practices, ensuring a safe and hazard free working environment is maintained at all times.
