Job Title: Tekla Detailer Location: Preston, Lancashire Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 Type: Full-Time, Permanent Are you an experienced Tekla Detailer looking for your next challenge? We're recruiting for a leading structural steel company in Preston that's known for delivering exceptional steel solutions to high-profile projects across the UK. Key Responsibilities: Produce accurate and detailed 3D models using Tekla Structures software. Create fabrication drawings, general arrangement drawings, and BOMs for structural steel projects. Liaise with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure designs meet specifications and deadlines. Collaborate with the fabrication and production teams to resolve technical queries. Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and client requirements. About You: Proficient in Tekla Structures with a proven track record in structural steel detailing. Strong understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection processes. Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality drawings. Effective communication skills for coordination with clients and internal teams. Knowledge of relevant standards and codes of practice is essential.
