The Role
The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting OEM manufacturers, end users, and engineers with technical expertise, ensuring seamless integration of high-performance HVACR solutions.
Responsibilities include:
Providing technical support throughout the product lifecycle – from testing and certification to implementation and after-sales support
Assisting with the adoption of compressor variable speed drives, natural refrigerants, and advanced connectivity solutions
Managing technical support operations, troubleshooting issues, and identifying customer-focused solutions
Acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to drive technical excellence
Maintaining CRM and ticketing systems to ensure efficient service delivery
The Ideal Candidate
The company is seeking a technically adept and customer-focused individual with:
A strong background in electronics, electrical systems, or HVAC technology
Experience or knowledge of thermodynamics or HVAC applications (preferred)
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to advocate for innovative technical solutions
Strong communication and relationship-building skills to support customers and internal teams
A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to work in a collaborative environment
