Key Responsibilities:
Operating precision machinery and equipment used in aerospace or automotive production
Assembling and maintaining technical components with a focus on safety and quality
Conducting detailed quality inspections and reporting any defects or issues
Adhering to strict technical specifications, SOPs, and health & safety guidelines
Supporting the assembly or manufacturing process in a high-tech, precision-driven environment
Collaborating with team members to ensure production targets and quality standards are met
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in the aerospace, automotive, or precision engineering sectors is highly desirable
Strong technical aptitude and ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of quality and safety
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work various shifts (including days or rotating shifts)
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills
