A Teacher of Music is needed for a secondary school in the Newcastle upon Tyne area. This full time role is to start after Easter 2025 and will be ongoing for until the end of the academic year in July 2025. This role is to teach Music to KS3 and KS4 pupils.\n\nThis lovely school is mixed sex and has supportive and friendly staff and managers.\n\nThe ideal Music Teacher candidate would:\n\n Have a passion teaching Music\n\n Have excellent subject knowledge\n\n Be able to organise themselves\n\n Be able to engage with children in a proactive way\n\nWe are keen to hear from both experienced Music teachers or ECTs.\n\nTo apply for this Teacher of Music position with Premier Teachers you must hold QTS or QTLS.\n\nIn addition, you must:\n\n Provide two referees we can contact\n\n Have a DBS form or be prepared to obtain one\n\nPlease note that the rate of pay will be dependent on where you are on the National Teacher Payscales and the level of experience that you have to date.\n\nPremier Teachers Ltd is a teacher run agency based in Sunderland.
