Role Responsibilities Managing a portfolio of personal and trust tax clients, including high-net-worth individuals and clients with complex tax affairs Reviewing tax returns and compliance work prepared by junior team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency Providing clients with a proactive, cost-effective taxation service that meets their needs and regulatory requirements Leading the training, coaching, and mentoring of less experienced staff to support their career development Researching and drafting tax advisory work on private client and employment tax matters Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to deliver excellent client service Working closely with senior management and partners to review team performance, improve efficiency, and enhance internal processes Identifying opportunities to streamline procedures and drive efficiencies within the tax team Why Leeds?
