What You ll Enjoy Attractive Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 DOE Location: Edinburgh Hybrid Working: Up to 2 days working from home with manager approval Flexible Hours: Choose your start and finish between 8am and 6:30pm Private Health Insurance Auto-Enrolment Pension Life Assurance Standard Holiday Allowance What You ll Be Responsible For Managing a diverse portfolio of personal and corporate tax clients Overseeing the preparation and review of corporation tax and personal tax returns Providing technical tax advice to clients on a range of tax matters (e.g. tax planning, restructuring, inheritance tax) Leading and mentoring the tax team to ensure consistent high performance Ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations and industry best practices Reviewing tax computations, disclosures, and handling complex cases Managing risk and identifying areas for client service improvement Liaising with external advisors and regulatory bodies as required What You ll Bring ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualification Minimum of 2 years experience managing a tax department and compliance cycle Deep understanding of UK tax legislation and practical application Excellent communication, advisory, and leadership skills Ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and multiple client needs effectively Why Work With Them Our clients do things differently and it starts with their ethos.
