Job Purpose Manage a diverse client portfolio, monitoring the commercial aspects of portfolio management Preparation of accounts for a varied client base, including sole traders, limited companies and partnerships Review tax work completed by junior staff, including quality control and constructive feedback Ensure precise, comprehensive accounts to meet all compliance requirements Monitor team performance, identifying knowledge gaps and providing training as needed Work directly with Directors and Partners to ensure deadlines and fee recovery targets are met Build trusted client relationships, proactively handling queries and problem solving Keep up-to-date with tax knowledge, championing knowledge sharing across the team Support Partners and Directors by undertaking ad-hoc projects as required About The Employer Available with a forward-thinking firm offering impressive benefits and a market-beating salary, this Tax & Accounts Manager is the chance to join a progressive practice with a legacy spanning over 50 years.
