As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll drive recruitment across the United States, serving as a trusted advisor to internal teams while managing end-to-end recruiting processes. You'll build meaningful relationships with hiring managers and candidates, lead sourcing strategies, and ensure the ideal fit between talent and opportunities. Your expertise in applicant tracking systems and recruitment methodologies will be essential as you leverage data and technology to shape strategic hiring decisions. This role offers the opportunity to become an industry expert, influencing recruitment success and contributing to business growth while delivering exceptional service throughout the hiring journey. Responsibilities Source, evaluate, and match qualified talent with available roles (both salaried and hourly), ensuring a seamless hiring and onboarding experience. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for specialized positions through diverse attraction strategies, engagement tools, and recruitment methodologies. Design targeted recruitment campaigns by identifying key qualifications, selecting strategic channels, creating compelling content, planning inclusive events, and preparing manager briefs. Conduct online research, telephone interviews, candidate assessments, and review candidate portfolios to validate applications. Resolve escalated matters promptly, providing necessary approvals to maintain recruitment momentum and efficiency. Act as the key liaison for all recruitment-related communications, fostering lasting partnerships across the organization to ensure seamless collaboration throughout the hiring process. Shape future talent acquisition strategies by researching emerging professional aspirations, analyzing market trends, and evaluating recruitment channels including career fairs. Liaise with hiring managers to review and update role profiles, ensuring the responsibilities and candidate specifications remain current and relevant develop detailed candidate and recruitment briefings to attract diverse top-tier talent. Drive stakeholder engagement through coordinated actions, strategic meetings, and impactful events, delivering materials that enhance understanding and commitment. Requirements University education, ideally in Psychology, Sociology, HR, or Business Administration. A minimum of 5 years of senior or relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, either internally within a multinational organization or externally with an agency or RPO, with a preference for experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting. Ideally working with different profiles and countries. Desirable experience in recruitment for the USA, managing salaried and hourly positions. Fluency in English is essential, with high proficiency in conversations and interviews with native English speakers. Knowledge of digital recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and certifications from assessment providers and business networks (e.g., LinkedIn) are highly beneficial. Availability for occasional travel to the USA (travel documents preferably in order). Virtual collaboration and remote team dynamics expertise with cross-cultural communication. Effective time management and prioritization skills being self-directed with ability to work autonomously, results-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
