Systems Trainer Insurance Location: London / Hybrid Salary: £50,000 Job Type: Permanent Are you an Insurance Systems Trainer with a passion for helping teams get the best out of their systems? A leading insurance business in London are looking for a skilled trainer to deliver engaging and effective training on insurance software solutions, ensuring users can confidently navigate and maximise the technology. Key Responsibilities: Deliver hands-on training sessions for insurance professionals on insurance platforms and related systems. Develop training materials, including user guides, e-learning modules, and interactive workshops. Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions tailored to different user levels. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth system adoption. Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on system updates and enhancements. Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve training approaches based on feedback. Key Skills & Experience: Previous experience in software training, ideally within the insurance sector. Understanding of insurance processes and relevant software solutions. Familiarity with OpenTwins or similar insurance software is a highly desirable. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Experience with e-learning tools and Microsoft Office is a plus. Ability to adapt training styles to suit different learning needs.
