Step inside The Pines, where you’ll find a lively and sociable home that offers a mix of private rooms and flats, alongside expert support. The team are always on-hand to support with home management and daily life skills so everybody is involved in cooking, cleaning and making choices about their home. There is a creative, fun atmosphere in the many communal areas, with people doing arts and crafts, doing classes together or showing off their green thumbs in the garden.

The next step will be an interview in the service, where you’ll meet the team and the people we support. If successful, we’ll organise your Free DBS Check and references prior to confirming your start date. Your journey will then begin with a 3-day online induction, before heading to the service to get started. We welcome applications from all backgrounds, and no experience is needed.
