This is not a traditional retail management role. We are looking for a leader who is committed to raising the bar on customer experience, instilling a culture of excellence, and developing a team that is as passionate about craftsmanship and service as they are about sales. Whether you are an experienced Store Manager or an ambitious Assistant Manager/Sales Manager ready to step into a flagship leadership role, we are seeking an individual with natural authority, outstanding coaching abilities, and a strong commercial mindset. The Role: As Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience elevating every client interaction into something memorable and meaningful. Key Responsibilities: Service Excellence: Define, implement, and elevate service standards, ensuring every client receives an experience that reflects the brand s global reputation for excellence. Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team of sales professionals through ongoing coaching, structured training plans, and clear performance expectations. Sales and KPI Achievement: Lead the team to exceed sales targets, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators through expert floor management and personal contribution to selling. Client Development: Champion a client-first culture, encouraging proactive outreach, personalised selling, and the building of long-term client relationships. Training and Development: Identify individual training needs and tailor coaching accordingly from product knowledge to selling techniques and service etiquette. Operational Excellence: Ensure the store operates seamlessly across all areas, including stock management, visual merchandising, and adherence to company procedures. Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the values, heritage, and future vision of the brand at all times, embodying its ethos in your leadership and your client interactions. Collaboration: Work closely with the Area Manager and Head Office functions to support wider brand initiatives, sharing insights and best practices to contribute to regional and global success. About You: Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Sales Manager within premium or luxury home/lifestyle retail. A genuine passion for delivering elevated client experiences and developing people Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven approach to leadership Natural leadership presence able to inspire, coach, and influence others positively High standards of professionalism, presentation, and service Comfortable managing diverse teams and motivating individuals at different stages of their career Strong operational knowledge, including store administration, reporting, and CRM Passionate about design, craftsmanship, and creating emotional connections with clients Why this role? This is a rare opportunity to step into a flagship environment at a pivotal moment of growth and refinement. If you are looking for a leadership role where you can make a real impact elevating team culture, enhancing service standards, and contributing to the evolution of an iconic brand this could be your perfect next step.
