Experience as an assistant/deputy restaurant/cafe/coffee shop/cafe bakery/catering manager in busy customer facing operations. A passion for high quality food and drink. Exceptional customer service skills. A hands-on approach, keen eye for detail and strong desire to succeed. The ability to supervise a team and train new starters. Some financial knowledge - cost/budget/stock/labour/wastage control Store Manager - main duties Manage all day to day operations. Train and develop your team. Work in a hands-on capacity leading from the front. Maintain high standards of customer service & compliance. Help to drive sales to achieve budgets, targets and your bonus.
