We're Hiring: Office-Based Sales Executive VIP Sport & Music Hospitality Manchester (On-site) Full-Time Office Hours: Monday Friday, 9am 5pm Late Start Mondays (11am) & Early Finish Fridays (3pm) £24K Basic + Uncapped Commission OTE: Year 1: £50K Year 2: £75K Year 3: £100K+ Headline Events Ltd is one of the UK s leading VIP hospitality companies, offering premium access to the world s biggest sport and music events . We re looking for a driven, confident, and ambitious Sales Executive to join our Manchester HQ . If you're a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-reward environment this is your chance to earn big, grow fast, and attend the events others only dream about. What You ll Be Doing Selling high-end VIP hospitality packages (B2B & B2C) Prospecting, pitching, and closing deals via phone/email Managing client relationships and driving repeat business Hitting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Representing Headline Events Ltd at major UK & international events What We re Looking For Previous sales experience (phone-based ideal) A true self-starter motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented Strong understanding of sporting events & live entertainment Confident communicator and resilient closer Hungry to earn, grow, and lead What You ll Get £24K base + uncapped commission OTE: £50K+ in Year 1 Career progression into leadership roles Incentives : daily, weekly & monthly bonuses Overseas trips & access to major global events Late Start Mondays & Early Finish Fridays Training, mobile, laptop , and full support from a high-performance team Ready to Apply?
